T&T Homes has been honored as one of the Top 10 most promising real estate companies in Vietnam.

The Vietnam National Real Estate Awards is a national-level award organized by the Vietnam Real Estate Association under the direction and sponsorship of the Ministry of Construction , aiming to honor businesses, projects, and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the Vietnamese real estate market.

In its second edition, the Award recognized the participation of numerous businesses, investors, and projects nationwide. Entries were evaluated by an independent judging panel of leading experts through multiple rigorous rounds of assessment, combining on-site surveys, professional critiques, and multi-faceted reviews to ensure objectivity and transparency.

In the category of Top 10 Most Promising Real Estate Companies in Vietnam, T&T Homes was one of the outstanding companies honored. According to the organizers, this category was evaluated based on a rigorous and scientific set of criteria, focusing on the actual capabilities of the business rather than just looking at its size or superficial figures. The criteria focused on the ability to maintain sustainable growth over many years, management capacity and market adaptability, long-term development strategy, as well as the ability to innovate models and create differentiated value for the future.
