But the greatest value that Hanoi Football Club brings is not just the trophies. It's a well-structured youth training system that continuously produces generations of talented players, forming the core of the national teams. Players who have emerged from Hanoi FC, such as Van Quyet, Hung Dung, Duy Manh, Thanh Chung, Hai Long, etc., have contributed to the miraculous runner-up finish at the 2018 U23 Asian Championship, as well as SEA Games and AFF Cup championships, and significant achievements on the continental stage. From a sustainable development perspective, this is the most important "legacy," a football ecosystem capable of self-operation, inheritance, and development.

The SEA Games 2023 gold medal in the mixed doubles event, after a 26-year wait, won by Dinh Anh Hoang and Tran Mai Ngoc is clear evidence of the effectiveness of T&T Group's systematic and professional investment strategy.
