T&T Group Vice Chairman Do Vinh Quang joins the Executive Board of the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Children's Rights.

Mr. Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of T&T Group, has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Children's Rights, further contributing to the participation of the business community in activities for children.

On May 6, 2026, in Hanoi , the Extraordinary Congress IV (2023–2028) of the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Children's Rights proceeded to reorganize the Executive Board. Notably, Mr. Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group, was elected to the Executive Board of the Association.

With the theme "Unity, Creativity, Integration, and Dedication for the comprehensive development and protection of children's rights, contributing to building a prosperous and happy nation" and the spirit of "leaving no child behind," the Congress, held over two days, focused on evaluating the results of activities, determining directions and tasks, and consolidating the organizational structure to serve the work of protecting, caring for, and promoting children's rights.

The addition and restructuring of the Executive Committee's personnel is taking place in the context of new demands facing child protection efforts, particularly the need to strengthen social resources and promote the participation of organizations and businesses in activities supporting, intervening in, and preventing issues related to children.

With his experience in business and management, Mr. Do Vinh Quang is expected to contribute to strengthening the connection between the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Children's Rights and the business community, promoting social programs and mobilizing resources for activities for children.

The new Executive Committee member of the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Children's Rights focuses on improving the effectiveness of governance and coordination of social welfare programs in a long-term, sustainable manner; connecting resources from businesses to implement activities supporting children; and researching and proposing models of cooperation between businesses, social funds, and management agencies to expand the scale and improve the effectiveness of implementation in many localities.

In addition, connecting organizations, experts, and influential individuals is also considered an important approach, contributing to promoting dialogue, spreading awareness, and forming practical forums for children.

Representatives from the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Children's Rights stated that the addition of personnel from the business sector helps expand resources, increase coordination effectiveness, and facilitate the long-term implementation of child support programs.

Sharing his thoughts on his new role, Mr. Do Vinh Quang said that joining the Executive Board of the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Children's Rights is an opportunity for him, along with organizations, businesses, and individuals, to continue promoting activities for children in a more systematic and long-term manner; in which, connecting resources from the business sector will play a crucial supporting role in the implementation process.

"I hope to contribute a small part to activities for children, so that more and more children can receive better care, support, and attention, working towards the goal of ensuring no child is left behind, through the joint efforts of organizations, businesses, and the entire community," shared businessman Do Vinh Quang.

As a young entrepreneur involved in leading and managing T&T Group and businesses within its ecosystem, Mr. Do Vinh Quang approaches social welfare activities by linking corporate responsibility with organized and long-term programs, with children and youth being a particularly priority group.

Most recently, in his action plan for candidacy to the Hanoi City People's Council, the Vice Chairman of T&T Group also proposed programs to support the younger generation by investing in a long-term development foundation. Specifically, Mr. Do Vinh Quang proposed promoting skills training programs, physical development, and creating playgrounds for young people; organizing school sports activities, and selecting and training talented individuals in Hanoi.

In addition to his personal role, over the years, Mr. Do Vinh Quang, along with T&T Group and other businesses within its ecosystem, has implemented numerous large-scale social welfare activities, dedicating significant resources to disadvantaged children. These programs go beyond financial support and are implemented with a long-term, well-planned approach.

The Vietnam Association for the Protection of Children's Rights was established under Decision No. 464/QD-BNV dated April 8, 2008, of the Ministry of Interior, with the mission of gathering and connecting organizations and individuals to promote the implementation of children's rights, while participating in preventing and stopping acts of child abuse in accordance with Vietnamese law and international commitments.
