Proposal to conduct research on investment in a series of large-scale projects.

Speaking at the meeting, businessman Do Quang Hien, Founder and Executive Chairman of T&T Group , said that T&T Group is currently investing and doing business in many key sectors of the economy such as: finance and banking; real estate; energy; infrastructure, logistics, aviation; industry and trade; agriculture, forestry and sports…

The corporation has been a pioneer in investing in, developing, and operating numerous large-scale projects nationwide, gradually forming a multi-sector ecosystem with a comprehensive development strategy, practical implementation capabilities, and strong financial resources.

In Lam Dong province, T&T Group identifies it as one of the key localities in the Group's long-term investment and business strategy. Over the past period, T&T Group has invested in and implemented several large-scale projects in the locality, such as the Bao Loc – Lien Khuong expressway project, the Dak Mil Commercial Center, the Hong Liem 3 solar power plant, a high-tech coffee planting and cultivation project, the T.Vita model farm project, and a rubber tree planting and cultivation project, thereby demonstrating its commitment to accompanying the locality in infrastructure and socio- economic development.

In particular, with Lam Dong's development space expanded after its merger with Dak Nong and Binh Thuan under Resolution 202/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly, the province has become the largest in the country in terms of area, possessing all the geographical advantages of the three sub-regions: highlands, midlands, and coastal areas. This is considered an important foundation for Lam Dong to effectively exploit its key economic pillars, including high-tech agriculture linked with ecotourism; mining and energy industries; marine economy, logistics, and exports.

The simultaneous convergence of sea, forest, seaport, border gate, and airport elements, along with an increasingly完善 inter-regional transportation infrastructure system, is opening up many new development opportunities for Lam Dong, based on the unique advantages of each area and the ability to link economic spaces from the highlands to the coast.

Strategically located on the North-South and East-West economic corridors, Lam Dong is envisioned to become a dynamic growth hub in the South Central Coast and Central Highlands regions, as well as an important logistics and supply chain center, playing a crucial role as a key link in the North-South and East-West economic corridors and inter-regional supply chains.

Based on that, with the experience and strengths in the fields where the group has successfully invested, T&T Group proposes researching investment in areas suitable to Lam Dong's potential and advantages such as renewable energy, high-tech agriculture, real estate, and other sustainable economic development models, while adhering to planning and legal regulations.

Regarding proposed new construction investment projects, T&T Group requests that Lam Dong province approve the principle allowing the Group to research, invest, and implement them; at the same time, the Provincial People's Committee should pay attention to and expedite legal procedures, planning work, guidance, and create favorable conditions for the investor to implement the project in accordance with the law.

In the renewable energy sector, T&T Group proposed that the Provincial People's Committee approve the investment policy for the Group to survey and prepare investment proposals for solar and wind power projects approved in the revised Power Plan VIII, as a basis for approving the investment policy and selecting investors. These projects include: Tan Duc 1 solar power plant project; wind power project in the former Tuy Phong district; wind power project in the former Bac Binh district; wind power plant in the nearshore area of Tuy Phong and Bac Binh districts (formerly); wind power plant in the nearshore area of Ham Thuan Nam district, Ham Tan district, and La Gi town (now La Gi, Phuoc Hoi, and Son My communes). The total projected capacity of these projects is over 500MW.

In the field of high-tech agriculture, T&T Group is interested in researching two projects. Specifically, a project on sustainable avocado cultivation and development aims to export fresh avocados and processed avocado products to meet international market demands. In addition, there is a berry project aimed at developing growing areas for imported berry varieties to produce products that meet export standards.

Ready to partner with the local community for the long term.

T&T Group's Executive Chairman, Do Quang Hien, affirmed that, in addition to the projects currently under consideration for investment, with the advantage of extensive cooperation with many international corporations and a team of world-leading experts in various fields, T&T Group is ready to accompany Lam Dong in many strategic projects as well as propose many new ideas to promote local socio-economic development.

"T&T Group expects to become a long-term strategic partner with Lam Dong province on its journey of socio-economic development and affirming the province's position domestically and internationally. We are committed to focusing our investment resources on developing sustainable projects that bring socio-economic value, prioritizing human resource development, creating jobs, and improving the quality of life for the people," emphasized the Chairman of T&T Group.
