T&T Group and SHB are partnering with the Ministry of Public Security to build Hoang Van Thu Kindergarten in Lang Son.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Public Security, T&T Group and SHB Bank have sponsored 25 billion VND to build Hoang Van Thu Kindergarten (Hoang Van Thu commune, Lang Son province), contributing to the completion of basic education infrastructure and creating a foundation for human resource development in the locality.

On March 19th, in Hoang Van Thu commune, Lang Son province, the Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with Lang Son province and the Lang Son Provincial Police, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Hoang Van Thu Kindergarten. The project is being implemented on a "turnkey" basis with a total investment of 25 billion VND, mobilized by the Ministry of Public Security from socialized capital sources with the joint efforts and contributions of T&T Group and SHB Bank.

Representatives from the Ministry of Public Security, T&T Group, and SHB Bank presented a symbolic check representing a sponsorship of 25 billion VND for the construction of Hoang Van Thu Kindergarten.

Improving educational infrastructure, paving the way for the future.

Lang Son province holds a strategic position at the northern gateway, playing a crucial role in trade, economic connectivity, and national security. In recent years, the province's socio-economic development has seen many positive changes. However, in some areas, especially in rural and border communes, educational infrastructure – particularly preschool education – still needs continued attention and investment for improvement.

In Hoang Van Thu commune, the kindergarten named after a staunch communist soldier of the Party was built in 2007. Over time, the school's facilities have deteriorated and no longer meet the requirements for teaching and learning. Meanwhile, the demand for early childhood care and education in the 10 villages of the commune is increasing, with 23 teachers currently teaching, 158 children attending, and an expected 300-350 children in the 2030-2035 period.

Therefore, investing in the construction of kindergartens not only contributes to improving the quality of childcare and education but also helps stabilize people's lives, ensures social security, and maintains order and security at the local level. The project is even more significant as it is being built in the hometown of Comrade Hoang Van Thu – a staunch communist soldier of the Party – thereby contributing to nurturing revolutionary traditions for generations of students in the area.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Duc, Deputy Director of the Lang Son Provincial Police, delivered a speech at the event.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Duc, Deputy Director of the Lang Son Provincial Police, the newly built Hoang Van Thu Kindergarten will accommodate 300-350 children; including main components such as a block for nurturing, caring for, and educating children, an administrative block, a dining block, and a kitchen. In addition, there will be auxiliary blocks and technical infrastructure, along with a system of teaching equipment meeting the required standards. The total estimated investment is 25 billion VND, mobilized by the Ministry of Public Security from socialized funding sources with the joint efforts of T&T Group and SHB Bank. The project is expected to be completed before August 19, 2026, and handed over in a "turnkey" format.

Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc, Deputy Minister of Public Security, delivered a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Deputy Minister of Public Security, affirmed that the investment in building Hoang Van Thu Kindergarten not only contributes to completing the local education infrastructure but also has long-term significance in cultivating human resources for the border region. Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc expressed his confidence that, upon completion and commissioning, the project will provide a spacious and modern educational environment, creating a foundation for the comprehensive care, nurturing, and development of young generations in the area from their early years.

Emphasizing his expectations for the project, Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc expressed his belief that this initial educational foundation will foster generations of citizens with knowledge and skills, making positive contributions to the development of their homeland and country.

Continuing to collaborate with the Ministry of Public Security in social welfare programs.

Funding the construction of Hoang Van Thu Kindergarten is part of the social welfare program under Plan 22-KH/DUCA dated February 13, 2026, of the Central Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security, aimed at addressing difficulties at the grassroots level, especially in remote, mountainous, and border areas.

According to Mr. Mai Xuan Son, General Director of T&T Group, for many years, T&T Group and SHB Bank have maintained a policy of linking business activities with social responsibility, focusing on essential areas such as housing, education, and healthcare in disadvantaged regions.

The delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony.

In particular, T&T Group and SHB Bank are honored to have partnered with the Ministry of Public Security and local police forces in many meaningful programs, such as building 150 houses and one school for people and children of ethnic minorities in mountainous areas of the North affected by storms, floods, and natural disasters; and a program to build 700 houses for poor and near-poor households with housing difficulties in Bac Lieu province…

Continuing these activities, this sponsorship further demonstrates T&T Group and SHB's consistent commitment to linking business development with social responsibility, especially investing in education – a field with long-term impact on the quality of human resources and sustainable development of the locality. Through this program, T&T Group and SHB Bank hope that the project will not only meet the need for physical facilities but also create a safe and modern learning environment, contributing to improving the quality of preschool education and forming a foundation for human resource development in the locality.
