Mr. Do Quang Hien is Chairman & CEO of T&T Group since 1993; as well as the Founder of many financial institutions in Vietnam, such as Saigon Hanoi Commercial Bank (SHB), Saigon Hanoi Insurance (BSH), Saigon Hanoi Securities (SHS).

He is also a member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and Chairman of the Hanoi SME Association.

Mr. Do Quang Hien has received many honorable awards, such as The Second and Third Class Labour Medals; Entrepreneur of Asia Pacific 2017 and Bach Thai Buoi Award - Vietnamese Entrepreneur of the 21st Century.
